Mr. Wright is an excellent personal trainer. He kept the session engaging and dynamic. We switched between activities enough to be interesting but it was focused enough that I was feeling it for days afterwards!

Coach Wright is a fantastic Coach, the perfect combination of attentive, rigorous, pushes you, listens and offers great advice—in addition to designing tailored sessions to meet your needs. So happy I made the decision to work with him.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

$90 a session. I do offer discounts for booking multiple sessions at one time (up to 20%) along with offering discounts for group training.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

All first time clients are provided a trial session. This allow the client to see if we would be a good fit working together. New clients complete a intake form that is confidential between them and myself. We then discuss the form and go over goals. We then come up with a goal plan to execute said goals.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Between the ages of 19 and 60. Male and female clients. Those with athletic backgrounds and those looking to start their fitness journey.
