My experience with Real Property Management Pros has been spectacular. I had never been a landlord before but my brother has and he had a major problem with a tenant that did a lot of damage to his property and then didn't pay their last month's rent so he was out a lot of money. I could not afford to take a hit like that and didn't want to have to deal with tenants anyways. Patty at Management Pros found us a great tenant in less than 3 weeks and there have been no issues at all. They inspect the property regularly so I can see that the tenant is taking good care of it and with their Advanced Rent Program I always have the payment in my account at the start of the month even if the tenant is late paying. It's has been completely hassle-free.

I have lived in a residential hotel managed by Atlas Lane for almost a year now.     Sometime ago i had the dawning realization i was not Superman. Running a full time business and managing real estate was not sustainable for me over the long term. The fear was of letting go. I had a difficult time trusting people with my properties and more importantly handling my tenants with love and care as I do. Then came Cornerstone mgmt. After several weeks to month they got me comfortable with the process & after several years now I absolutely can't imagine managing my own properties ever again. They made the process simple and my tenants rave about their response times.

    Jose is Great !!! He help me turn my properties from negatives to a huge positive cash flow units I turn over my entire portfolio and he took it like this own properties From replacing the tenants I placed which were not paying on time and more .
