FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a potential new client is to meet with them virtually or in person to get an idea of what their honeymoon, destination wedding, birthday or other special event they are planning on traveling for to understand their vision. Understanding a client's vacation vision helps us choose something that the client will love.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend destination wedding and honeymoon conferences, go on familiarization trips to complete site inspections at resorts and network with resort wedding planners, and other resort staff. I also get a chance to experience some of the must-experience tours that my clients will enjoy on their vacations.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The types of customers we have worked with vary. Our clients are from all over the country...Massachusetts, Texas, Maryland, Virginia, Georgia, North Carolina, California... Some of our clientele include engaged couples who want to have a destination wedding that allows them to celebrate their wedding for days vs just hours with friends and family, couples planning a dream honeymoon, gentlemen planning a surprise honeymoon, Moms planning a Sweet 16 birthday trip with family to Costa Rica, Moms planning a group Garduation celebration in Riviera Maya, ladies planning a bachelorette party, ladies planning a spa getaway, a repeat client planning a group 40th birthday trip for her hubby + a 70th birthday trip for her Mom in Jamaica, a sister gifting her brother and future sister-in-law with a dream island hopping honeymoon to Bora Bora, an anniversary trip to Cancun, and so many more!
