I am so happy my husband and I chose Shaunikka to prepare our taxes this year! She was very detailed in what we should expect in her services and she delivered! We were most impressed with her turn around was in 1 day! I couldn't believe it! She went above and beyond, because we had just moved out of town and didn't have time to go into an office and wait hours. Shaunikka was able to complete everything through email communications and text messages. If I needed a quick question answered she had a quick reply! What impressed me the most about Shaunikka's service is that she is very professional, but at the same time treats you like family. My experience with Shaunikka was much better than doing my own taxes. I love the personal interactions and wealth of information she provided.

Admittedly, our house was a mess after moving out! I got a fast response from LD with a quote and had a phone call to go over more in depth what I needed done. She went by the house and called me back with a more detailed list of what she could do. She was always on time to view the house and to do the cleaning. I didn't meet her in person until the job was done but she kept me up to date on her arrival and progress which shows how trust worthy she is! I asked that she let me know when she almost done so I could come do a walk through. This was the first time we'd met face to face. When I say the house was immaculate!!! I could not have asked for a better service. She did exactly what she listed, even sat things aside in a very organized fashion that she thought we might still need! This is by far the best cleaning service I've dealt with in the area!

I just started using Petstigious Pets a few weeks ago after moving to SW Waterfront. When I called they were very responsive not only answering questions but setting up a meet within two days! During this meet they answered all questions and went over details of service I'd like. Shatiya and the field manager, Alan, both came and were extremely friendly / professional. My dog instantly loved both. I couldn't be happier with the service I receive (~5 walks a week). Alan goes the extra mile and the team has been very accommodating!
