I would definitely recommend training with Svet and the rest of his team. Svet is a great trainer that actually cares about my goals and makes it possible for me to reach them. Each workout is different and is tailored to my current abilities, but at the same time it is sort of uncompromising when you have a bar set. You are pushed, but these trainers know exactly where your limit is. I was also given advice on food and how to eat along with a list of supplements picked out for my personal workout plan. Svet will drive out to my house or we can have the session at a community gym. The training is at a great price and it is well worth the money. If you want to reach your goals, train with Svetness!

Robert Armstrong is a terrific personal trainer-- knows when to push and when to back off! He works well with all types of people -- male/female, young/old! Will help you loose weight and/or get fit. He is especially good with middle school/high school age kids who want to improve their athletic performance or begin a weight lifting regimen. Of the 5 boys in my 15 year old's work out group -- 3 are committed to college programs and 1 is playing D3 football. A fourth just earned best football work ethic award for his high school.
Shawn has been a great trainer for my colleague and I. He's got a positive outlook and keeps us motivated. We've been training with him for about 15 weeks (once a week) and I definitely feel stronger. His sessions are always different, which is great and keeps us moving and trying new things. And he listens when we say something is good or doesn't feel right. 100% recommend!

He caters his workouts to your individual needs and adjusts exercises based on aliments or preferences. He has a good sense of humor and is pleasant to be around. Working with Corey has been the best investment in myself I have made!! Not only is Corey is professional and easy to work with but she is knowledgeable and very compassionate. Arris is an amazing personal trainer and the perfect motivator to get off video games and screens for our 15 year old son who has special needs. He is patient but still challenges Zach to improve each session. Zach looks forward to his twice weekly work outs with Arris and has shown great results in his strength and endurance training. Mr. Blake has provided me with personal trainer instruction for the past six months in my home. With my busy schedule I am only able to have this instruction once a week. What is impressive to me about the service is that he is very professional, courteous, and disciplined. He always arrives on time and is ready to work. The quality of the training is outstanding because I have been able to see the results. And with his thorough instruction, I am able to retain my training methods because they are explained and demonstrated in a concise and understanding way. The only thing that would improve my experience is if I had to time for more sessions during the week. Nothing has gone wrong. And I can't think of a thing that Mr. Blake could do better. He is outstanding as a trainer.

I can’t say enough good things about Julian! We definitely hit the jackpot with him and in a very short time, he’s become a great trainer, mentor and role model for my 15 year old son who has wanted to increase his strength/stamina while working on his soccer skills. Julian very quickly responded to my search for a personal trainer and was incredibly professional during our introductory call. It was evident that his knowledge of /experience with soccer as a player and coach would be a good match for my son. He also shared his philosophy about strength training with kids, specifically how he seeks to understand what motivates and is important to them, so he could then weave in his expertise which ultimately would result in a truly customized program to help accomplish their goals. He was eager to “meet” my son and scheduled some time to speak with him personally over the phone and get to know him. I was impressed at how he was able to get from a 15-year old boy, what his fitness goals were! In less than a week of my initial inquiry, my son was training in the gym with Julian and has absolutely loved every session with him. Julian maximizes every second during each workout and even encourages kids to come in early to get warmed up (so really, while you pay for a 60-minute session, you get 70-75 minutes!) My son has already noticed physical changes, but beyond that, his sense of confidence, focus, and dedication has increased tremendously. Julian provides encouragement inside and outside the gym by keeping tabs on my son and checking in on how he’s doing. Even when my son tried out for another soccer team, Julian gave him sound advice throughout the process, acted as a sounding board, and alleviated any anxiety he had. My experience with TakeFlight Fitness was a success! I was skeptical at first about the goals I wanted to achieve and if they would happen within the 7 sessions that I scheduled. But to my surprise, the sessions with Paul helped me to learn about dieting, staying consistent and keeping positivity that you can always achieve any goal you desire. I didn't think I'd be able to gain any muscle mass and weight but I did and I managed to meet my weight goal of 140. Since then, I've been very consistent in maintaining my diet and sticking to my workout routines at home and in the gym. Everyone in my surroundings have also noticed the improvement in my body structure which lets me know that my experience with TakeFlight is recognized. My biggest take away from training with TakeFlight Fitness is that you have to understand it's not an easy job for fitness and there's a lot of scientific background to know how the body works.
