I Was Very Over weight and uncomfortable with my body. My attitude was negative and i was never happy. Until third year of highschool i decided to change my life around by losing weight. However, during the weightloss i didnt do it properly. I became very unhealthy and got sick, even though i dropped a tremendous amount of weight. I met stacy April 2016 and she changed my life around, she was able to show me that food is a necessity for your body to function properly especially how important it is to build muscle and burn fat. She not only became my nutritionist and trainer but she changed my overal mood about how i feel emotionally and physically. Barbara did a fantastic job! She made a dish for my husband, sauerbraten wish he has not had since his mothers passing. She was very personable and the dish with the sides were delicious! I love working with Carrie. At first I was scared that she would put me on some crash diet or crazy exercise plan. In the past that is what always happened with me. I then quickly burned out and went back to my old habits. Carrie worked with me to develop a plan that works for me. And she was not like nutritionists I have seen before, she did not just tell me what to eat and what not to eat. She talked with me about what I needed and let me set small goals. There always no carb or calorie counting, no crazy weight loos gimmicks. And I loved her idea of a program versus paying per visit. It made me accountable for following my goals. I am on my second month, and I have lost about 6 pounds, but I feel amazing. Carrie has taught me to take better care of myself, not just with diet and exercise; but with stress reduction and self care too. I feel like I am in a far better place physically and emotionally then just a few weeks before we began working together. Well worth the money! I paid far more and received far less in the past with yo-yo dieting, personal trainers, nutritionists, and alternative healers. Carrie does more than all of them combined! And she taught me how to cook amazing gormet veggitarian meals. I am not a veggitarian, but her recipes make me think about becoming vegan!

I met Amy in 2009 in Hawaii. It wasn't long before she became a friend, my nutritionist, trainer and running partner. As a nutritionist, she was able to look at my needs from having a gastric bypass, my weird food ideas and needs as a runner and help me to plan meals that were healthy AND yummy enough to eat. As a trainer she helped me come up with activities to work my back from a very bad hand/wrist break as well as cross-training/running plans for everything from a 5k up to a full marathon! I highly recommend her as someone who is knowledgeable and will work with you every step of the way no matter where you are starting and where you want to wind up in your goals to be a healthier, stronger you. Michele helped my daughter immensely to with her expertise as a nutritionist.
