I hired Richard to expand my basement and add a bedroom and a sitting area, and I’m really happy with how it turned out. He stopped by to give an estimate and took the time to understand what I wanted, working with me to fit in my requests. He gave a fair price, started on time, and finished right on schedule. Richard was professional, reliable, and easy to work with, and his crew was friendly too. They cleaned up every day, which I appreciated. The workmanship is top-notch, and the new bedroom and sitting area blend seamlessly with the rest of the space. It feels bigger, more functional, and just flows really well. We had a sunroom addition completed and are very pleased with the results. Richard and his team were very professional, easy to work with, and kept us updated throughout the process. Where do I even begin to start. I am sooooo pleased with the amazing work that Richard Contractor LLC provided me. It’s tricky getting a reliable and consistent contractor sometimes but let me tell you……They are fantastic to work with!!!!! I hired Richard for a Basement Finishing project. My basement was unfinished and only insulated (see before pics). Throughout my time working with Richard he provided excellent service. He is competent, professional, patient, hardworking, respectful, trustworthy, and him and his team do exceptional work. Hire Him and you won’t regret it. I would recommend him without hesitation. He is flexible and very easy to work with and understanding. His humility is unmatched. It was an absolute pleasure and I’m so very grateful for the quality of work he and his team provided me.
