- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on location, time, and if a customer has multiple devices at the same time and location that need repair, I can usually offer discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's very easy. All I need to know is the phone or TV model, type, color, and what is known to be wrong with device and what repairs are expected. We can usually diagnose any issues over the phone or by text, at which point we can set up a repair cost and then all we need to do is set up an appointment time and location that works. That's it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am both Apple and Samsung certified.
