Do you tip furniture assembly guys?

If you’re pleased with their customer service and professionalism, it’s a nice gesture to tip your furniture assembly guys. When furniture needs to be assembled and installed — particularly if you have them try the piece in various spots — that might be even more reason to leave a tip. Also consider factors like weather. If a crew is battling inclement weather or assembling a heavy piece of furniture on a scorching summer day, it’s kind to tip a little bit extra.

Reviews for Greenbelt furniture assemblers
Ms. W.
TJ's assembly service is first-rate! I rate him highly for quality of work and Superior professionalism. I contracted TJ to assemble a small table and bed frame with headboard and footboard. When he arrived he was able to do the table and the general portion of the bed frame. However, the exact bracket pieces that I needed to attach the head and footboards I did not have. He took the time to research online the exact pieces required and searched further to find them for the lowest possible price. He came back approximately one week later to do the full assembly and charged the originally quoted price. Although he made two trips, through no fault of his own, he still honored the original price that was quoted. Remarkable! The quality of the finished work was outstanding. I would recommend him to anyone in need of furniture assembly services or minor repair.
