Latest Review: I love Gee! Not only did she help me get back to my pre baby weight, but also a body I've never seen before training with her. Plus she's so funny! I hated working out but I knew I had to do something. She's so fun and keeps the workouts interesting plus she pushes you like no other, I fell in love with the gym. Me. Yes me. I actually WANT to workout. Thanks Coach Gee!

Latest Review: When looking for a personal trainer, it struck me exactly how hard it is to find quality in any service. Most people are bad at most things, and people that take their work seriously are rare. I signed up for some classes with a trainer at my gym. Paid a reasonable amount. Got terrible advice and hurt myself. The trainer was probably trying his best but just didn't have the experience or knowledge to help me learn correctly. I was afraid to make a more serious financial commitment with no guarantee that I'd get better results... but I tried out ELIN, and I'm glad I did. I got a phone call from Elin and was immediately impressed with his knowledge and his ability to communicate effectively about critical aspects of getting in shape. It was clear this was a no-bs trainer that was interested in actually providing training rather than tricking me into paying an exorbitant price and then phoning it in. I began sessions with a trainer named Kris. Kris had the body to indicate that he knows how to work out, but that isn't always enough. You have to be an effective teacher as well. It turns out Kris has an excellent eye for form and was able to explain, over the course of our sessions, specific issues with my body that needed to be addressed. He found exercises that addressed those issues, and if I had difficulty with that exercise, he found a new one that worked better. He strikes an excellent balance between fixing form and letting you get on with the workout, neither constantly interrupting you nor letting you do useless reps. He was also able to explain and demonstrate over time the importance of the less glamorous parts of the workout, such as stretching and SMR, which all of us "know" are important but which we never really accept as crucial. In short, all of my expectations for hiring a professional trainer were met. These guys don't screw around. If you're serious, hire ELIN.

Latest Review: I would definitely recommend training with Svet and the rest of his team. Svet is a great trainer that actually cares about my goals and makes it possible for me to reach them. Each workout is different and is tailored to my current abilities, but at the same time it is sort of uncompromising when you have a bar set. You are pushed, but these trainers know exactly where your limit is. I was also given advice on food and how to eat along with a list of supplements picked out for my personal workout plan. Svet will drive out to my house or we can have the session at a community gym. The training is at a great price and it is well worth the money. If you want to reach your goals, train with Svetness!

Latest Review: I am in my early 60's and was hesitant to begin an exercise regimen. After reviewing several trainers on this site, I contacted Silvia. She responded very promptly and offered to come to my home for an assessment and first meeting. She was so friendly and understanding of my needs. Her personality clicked with me and she devised a plan to strengthen my muscles and help me get on shape. I normally go to her home studio but she comes to my home if I am unable to go to hers. I appreciate the variety of exercises she teaches me and trust her judgement when she pushes me. We laugh a lot as well! I meet with her one hour a week and always feel like she is interested in my well being. I would recommend Silvia without reservation!

Latest Review: The facility is perfect for me from distance to privacy. It allows me to have the exclusive 1-on-1 training with my trainer without distraction that other Gyms don’t have. Ken is absolutely awesome: knowledgeable, attentive, patient, and very motivational. His sessions are well prepared, challenged, and yet never intimidating. Ken understood my strength pretty well, and allow me to start at my own space, but still challenging me at the same time. We set our goal pretty realistic, and can’t wait to see the real results. Thanks Ken.

Latest Review: Before going to Soupar as a personal trainer I had tried gyms, workout videos, and morning boot camps. All of them ended up being incredibly boring, and when it's boring it's not effective. Soupar know how to keep the workouts interesting and effective. He took the time to talk to me and figure out my goals, then crafted a carefully planned routine. And the plan is not rigid, but is tailored to address any issues that may occur during the time between visits. I credit him with helping get my weight down, my cholesterol in control, and helping get off the medication that the doctor put me on. Outside of sessions Soupar keeps track of all of his clients regarding exercise and diet. Overall he is a consummate professional who takes the goals seriously, while keeping the journey fun.
