Quality, professionalism and responsiveness at its highest. B.B bounce did such a great job when we rented 2 house there moon bounces and a couple chairs and tables.They took care of any surrounding objects we had around our yards. Our yard isn’t the biggest but somehow they managed to make everything fit perfectly. Kenny was so respectful and also explained to the kids the rules of how to be safe and what not to do in the moon bounces.

I had contracted this company to come for a moonbounce and this company confirmed that they had one and send me pictures. I told the person that I agree to his rate and he told me they were driving and would send me the details for how to send payment by Zelle. I waited and waited for him to send me the information and the next day I texted and said I had not received a text from him. He then responded that he had a truck that stopped running and that his own truck was also breaking down and he would not be able to deliver the moon bounce. This alone was quite annoying because he could of just told me that sooner without waiting for me to send a text. This alone had caused me to want to give them a one star however he did try to sort of make it up to me by offering me a smaller moon bounce at no charge but I would have to pick it up myself which is not what I wanted as I have a bad back. Because of this gesture I am giving them a 3 star. I hope that they sort out the truck situation for future customers.
