The food is prepared with love. His knowledge of how food should be prepared is amazing. All of the dishes I've had the pasta to special rice dishes with veggies (meatless) who knew that they would be so filling and the flavors so robust. As long as he cooks I know that I can have healthy options when it comes to eating.

I am definitely a certified meat eater but after having a variety of different meals from Vegan AF Kitchen, it made me see how I could switch over to being vegan. The food is always delicious and seasoned to perfection. The chef is a creator of culinary miracles!
