Gaurav REALLY knows his yoga! I joined his class recently after having major surgery; he has been understanding and kind with VERY helpful suggestions for alternative poses. He has a low key teaching style which is non-judgmental and very effective. My mind, body and spirit feel calm when I leave his class.
My wife and I had Asya come to our home to provide a one hour yoga lesson. She was responsive, punctual, listened to what we were looking for and very professional. Depending on what you are looking for, our yoga lesson style seemed more about flexibility and relaxation then a rigorous workout.
If I could give her 6 stars I would! I am a tennis teaching professional and my job is very physical. During the last few years I had been experiencing injury after injury which was taking all the enjoyment out of my work. Corey is actually one of my students and she encouraged me to try Yoga with her. I was skeptical at first and thought Yoga was for "other people ". I could not have been more wrong! After one session with Corey I could tell this is exactly what I needed. I have been working with Corey for the last 6 months and I feel 20 years younger! Corey is not only a fantastic Yogini. She is incredibly knowledgeable and well versed in many schools of physical fitness. Like Pilates, Cross Fit, TRX?? She knows it all. Incredibly, her expertise does not stop there. Corey is also a walking repository of nutritional information. Going to Corey is a great value, she just knows so much and is so willing to help! In conclusion, the other thing I like and admire about Corey is that she practices what she preaches. She is in great shape and an athlete herself. As an athlete, that's important to me. I highly recommend you give her a try. You will be glad you did!!
Jordan is a great yoga instructor! I love her creativity, her strong knowledge of traditional yoga and her light hearted approach. She can be challenging, but also nurturing. A lovely Teacher and person.

Hillary is an excellent teacher! She is effusive, qualified and fun. She manages to put planks in perspective with personal anecdotes and genuine humor. Her style is a hybrid of barre, yoga, and Pilates. Class is always interesting and HARD. A million thumbs up!

Nicole is amazing. Her credentials say she is a certified fitness trainer and yoga instructor, and she is every bit of that. She is a master of her crafts. But she is way more. She is a coach, confidant, motivator, and most of all, a gifted healer. As a physician, I know a healer when I encounter one. I feel so blessed to have invited Nicole to help me with my journey. After just a few weeks of being tortured by Nicole (nobody says health and fitness are easy) I am in my best shape in years. If I learn some of her amazing communication and motivational skills, she may make me a better doctor as well.
I work in an office environment and after years of having such a sedentary lifestyle I think yoga with Dagmara was just what the doctor ordered. She is professional and worked at my pace and provided positive support and patience with my inflexibility. Already after a few sessions I have a greater range of motion and feel calmer. As I learn yoga, I know only two: Patanjali's Asthanga yoga and hatha yoga, but it is quite different than other patented yogas.
I am a Maryland based yoga teacher and soccer trainer. After playing Division I soccer for four years at the University of Alabama, I turned to yoga to find a home off the field. On the mat, I discovered that yoga could help me link together all parts of me: mind, body, and heart. I have experience with all ages as I have been coaching college soccer for the past four years and have my Master's degree in Gerontology; three years experience working with older adults.
