Bryan did an excellent job cleaning and restoring my aquatic turtle aquarium to life and beauty. He was very punctual, arriving before our appt and waiting respectfully outside until the appt was to start. He was very gentle with our turtle, placing in a safe container while he worked on the tank. He had all of his own equipment for emptying and refilling the tank once it was clean. He serviced the filter and readjusted the settings and positioning to improve the filtration. He also gave me good suggestions for easy ongoing maintenance. I am immensely thankful for his professionalism, quality service and positive customer interaction. I intend to continue to use his services to ensure our pet has a healthy and thriving environment.
