Ive been training with Susan for about 5 weeks now. She has been absolutely fantastic! We started by jumping right in and she spent time understanding my capabilities, my goals, and getting to know me. For the first time in my life, I actually want to go to the gym. I may regret that after the first five minute, depending if we are doing plie squats. I am working out harder and longer than I ever have in my life, and I can physically feel the difference in my capabilities and the way I feel. Susan is great and tough. She wont let you slide and take it easy, however she does pay very close attention to your personal needs, watches for injuries, and can adjust on the fly depending on what you can do that day. So give her a call, you wont regret it. Unless you do the Bosu Trilogy. She is down to earth, really funny, and genuinely wants you to be in the best health you can.

Susan is amazing, while your working with her it feels like your just working out with a friend and having fun, and then after that when you get home you feel that wonderful muscle ace as though you had just worked out for half the day!

Susan is an amazing trainer. I have been training with her for 2 months now and have seen awesome results. I have lost 14 total inches overall and gained 15lbs of muscle. She makes training fun and the routine changes so you will never get bored. Susan is more than just a trainer but a life coach, nutritionist and friend. She is not just training you but teaching you how to make a lifestyle change that will last!
