Hello! Meet the Tool Titans, We have been in business for a little over 3 years servicing DC, MD, & VA. We provide a wide range of assembly services from indoor furniture to entire indoor/outdoor sets. In addition we offer general Handyman Services as well. Please feel free to contact us regarding all inquiries big or small we’d love to help! We are not satisfied until you are! Satisfaction guaranteed! *We have an hourly rate for Handyman projects. *There is a flat rate for assembly Items. If you book a handyman service but request furniture assembly it will be flat rate! We also charge a non-refundable $25 trash removal fee for any requested boxes that contained the products assembled.

So this individual post that his hourly rate is $50 an hour according to the manufacturer instructions, it should take somebody 35 to 40 minutes to assemble this item when I messaged him he was very rude and unprofessional My advice to him should be pretty sure hourly rate be transparent.

We wish thumbtack would allow screenshots as this customer clearly is being unfair.

The contractor completed the project in the time projected. He did an excellent job and provided excellent customer service. There were bookshelves and a cabinet that needed to be assembled. The work done was high quality and I was very pleased with the finished product.
