I am so thankful that Paul came to help me. He examined the issue in its entirety before deciding the best course of action. This included shuffling through my cellar. From there, he gave me clear options. Once I decided to go through with the repair. He even went to the store and bought the new toilet and tools. The toilet was installed very quickly. I would absolutely call Paul again.
