- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have two options either 2x or 3x a week of small group training. There are classes in the morning and evening. Your first session is free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new customer, the first thing I want to do is just sit and talk to them. I want to find out why they are interested in hiring a personal trainer. I want to find out what their fitness goals are. After we chat, we will do an assessment just to see where they are fitness-wise. This gives us a starting point and will help us see where we are on our goals as we check them every 8-12 weeks.
