svet is legit! at first I wasnt too sure if I wanted to do personal training because I'm a student and therefore have little money to splurge. I saw other personal trainers and saw they charged outrageous amounts for their services. however, svet is very flexible with his payment. this made it possible for me to focus on myself instead of the money. as for the training, this guy will kick your ass, but the results are worth it. it has been about a month for me and I have lost 10 pounds of what I'm sure was fat. also I feel much stronger and my existing back and shoulder problems are starting to alleviate themselves. if you are serious about training than the svetness personal training program is for you. the svetnesss program will not only help change how you look, but it will positively change how you live your lifestyle.

I know I don't have a strong willpower when it comes to exercising. So I know hiring a personal trainer would be a good way to get started. After interviewing a few trainers, I decided on Elin and it was one of the best decisions I made! Because I hadn't worked out for so long, I was concerned that I might not be able to keep it up and give it up prematurely. Elin designed a custom program for me tailoring to my needs and physical condition. I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't as intimated as I thought after the first few secessions, which helped motivate me to come back. Once I established, Elin has a way to keep your routine more interesting by trying different ways to condition your body so you are constantly learning and improving. It has been almost a year since I worked with Elin, I am pleased with what I have accomplished and will continue making the routine into a habit. Three sessions in, Shawn has shown great professionalism and knowledge of the personal training industry. Paired with his Gladiator Strong suggested nutrition, I already feel a difference in my energy and have lost 5 lbs.! He motivates, tolerates my constant complaining, is accommodating in terms of location, and of 3 other personal trainers I've had in my lifetime, I finally did proper push-ups with the correct form. He smartly combines cardio with strength and working multiple muscle groups with different exercises and has had a different routine every session. I'll be ready for Key West in two weeks time and keep it going up to my wedding in December. If he'll have me, I'll be using him again after these sessions. Will post before and after pictures.

I signed up with Agnese and is delighted to be working with her. She's just what I needed to get back into the habit of moving--an important goal for this senior. She's a coach, not a drill Sargent. Agnese met me where I was and listened to my what I thought my needs were. It's still early days, but I feel that I can see progress and know that I would see even more progress if I worked harder. She's encouraging and gently pushes me to do more than I always think I can. I am happy to recommend Agnese as a top-rate personal trainer for all levels of fitness.

I first started working out with Cornelius about one year ago, after my girlfriend encouraged me to give personal training a try. I used to be one of those guys who thought personal trainers weren't necessary for a good workout, so I was hesitant at first – but I followed my girlfriend's advice and signed up for a few sessions with Cornelius. After our first workout, I knew I'd be coming back for more. When I first started training I was WEAK, even though I had been jogging regularly. I had rarely stretched or worked on building strength. I also wasn't eating well. Cornelius immediately recognized these holes in my training regimen and started developing workout and diet plans to help me build strength at a healthy pace. Due to my lack of stretching, many of my muscles and joints were incredibly tight – but Cornelius' taught me exercises and stretches that would help me build strength and loosen that tightness without causing injury. Thanks to Cornelius, I feel stronger and look healthier. The girlfriend who got me started with training has even pointed out improvements to my energy levels and confidence. The fitness plans Cornelius has built around my personal needs have been perfect. Throughout our workouts, he has been very relaxed and great to talk to – but he also knows when to push me to workout harder. I look forward to each of our sessions, and I strongly recommend him to others.

When I first decided I needed a personal trainer, I started checking out the personal trainers at the gym where I was a member. I watched how they interacted with their clients, and the training they gave them. Most of the trainers seemed disinterested in their work, and were either chi-chatting with other members of the gym while training their clients, or checking their cellphones while training. When I checked out Janet, she was always one on one and very focused with her client. Thats when I decided Janet was the one for me. Janet is extremely knowlegeable, not only about personal training, but also about proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle. She has been my personal trainer for over 3 years now. I am going on 57 years old, and thanks to her, I feel and look much younger, and I am very thankful our paths crossed.

Simply put, Denise is amazing. She has been my personal trainer for almost 8 weeks now. We meet twice a week. She is always on time and has never cancelled a session which makes her one of the most dependable people I know. I'm 55 years old and have never worked out. She started me out with "baby steps" but each week gets a little more challenging without being overwhelming. My friends and coworkers have noticed a difference and to quote Denise "results are priceless."

I highly recommend Sean if you are looking to work with a personal trainer who not only has great work ethics but also is very knowledgeable in his field and above all has a great personality. He mixes the workouts so you would not get bored doing the same set always. He is flexible if one has to change time slots and above all is really passionate and dedicated towards his job.

George has been my personal trainer for 2 months now and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to choose him as a facilitator in my fitness journey. I train with him about 3 times a week and since I’ve started, I can already see and feel results. The idea of exercising and going to the gym always used to give me anxiety. I knew I wanted to be fit and healthy but I did not know where to start. After I started training with George, I began to see that exercising can be less of a struggle and more enjoyable. I actually look forward to going to the gym now because he has and continues to provide me with the directive and tools needed to attain my fitness goals...and it’s been working! From day one, he listened to my needs (which I feel is very important for a trainer to do) while pushing me to levels I didn’t know I could reach. Not only does he encourage fitness in the gym but also outside of the gym by providing a simple meal plan, despite his not being a nutritionist. George is very reliable, and communication has never been an issue. I can always appreciate someone who values my time and money as much as theirs. Which leads me to mention that his prices are VERY reasonable compared to others in the area. I can honestly say that if you choose to go with George as your personal trainer, you will not be disappointed!

Great personalized exercise program. No BS. Challenged but correct form is critical. Flexible and respectful of schedule. Cardio and strength noticeably improved - all due to Matt's excellence in knowledge, care and drive. And I know because I have tried, and not stuck with other trainers.

I have had engaged Rob's services a few times in my life and professional competitive career as a bodybuilder and physique athlete. Being a certified personal trainer and physique athlete myself, I cannot state how important diet and nutrition and training are as components to one's lifestyle. “I’m pretty sure no one hates working out more than me. Which is why I knew I needed to hire someone to help me get in the shape I wanted to be in prior to my 30th birthday. After following Paul on various social media sites, I decided to give him a call – best fitness decision I’ve ever made! I’ve had trainers before, but none that care about their craft OR their clients as much as Paul does. He tailored my workouts to my fitness goals – as well as some goals I didn’t even know I had. He kept me accountable with my meals (a huge weakness for me). And, he adjusted his insane schedule to accommodate my crazy work demands. Your workout will be tough, but he will do it right beside you. Ten months in and I’ve never felt or looked better. Thank you Paul for all you do!”

I've been working with Steve for about 2 years now and have noticed great improvements. For me, we generally do a full body workout in a circuit-style training. Recently I've told him about my lower back pain and he's catered the exercises and stretches to help with that. He's very knowledgeable when it comes to fitness and he'll work with you to figure out what is best for your body and your goals. He's also very flexible with hours which is great with my work hours. He'll also work with your diet and give suggestions for food choices and lifestyle changes so that you can meet and maintain your fitness goals. If you're looking for a personal trainer, especially if it's your first time, I would definitely suggest considering Steve.

I've been training with Marshall for a few weeks now and am already very happy with the personal training and nutrition plan he has provided. First off, you will not find a better trainer for the money than Marshall in the greater Baltimore area. His prices are about half of what I paid at a boutique personal training studio in Baltimore City and half or more than other quotes I received. Secondly, the training he has provided has pushed me like no other trainer has pushed me before. His detailed workout routines and cardio plans have me seeing results already. He has also provided me with a detailed and easy-to-follow meal plan at no additional charge. If you are looking to get into shape, or just looking to get into better shape, I highly recommend Marshall without hesitation.

    I am a student and don't have much money, obviously, but I have a health condition and I really need someone to help me to get better. I hate when people tell me "Oh, you're fine! You're thin" when my fat percentage does not tell me that. My fat percentage is not good and my weight is never stable, it is always up and down. I also don't feel light when I carry myself everyday so I know this is not ok. I am also in pain with my chest area and I know I really need help with my weight or fat percentage. Preferably to focus on my fat percentage, really. I also want to get rid of muffin top, I've been struggling with it for a long time.
