Elin designed a creative program to help my 9 year old son prepare for his martial arts tournaments. My son definitely made improvements in his strength, agility and stamina. Elin was also able to fine tune his kicking and blocking skills since he has experience in various self defense/fighting skills. Elin is quick to respond to emails/text/calls and has tremendous knowledge in the art of exercise, bodybuilding and nutrition. I highly recommend Elin and his team for anyone looking for a professional personal trainer.
Shawn is great!!! He arrived early, was very, very professional. He had the latest equipment and started off with weight, BMI, body fat, measurements, etc. Having trained for years in Miami, I always had excellent trainers and since living here this hasn't been the case, that is until I met Shawn. Very professional. I especially appreciate the time they take to explain the exercises, and how they should or shouldn't be feeling while doing them. It's good to know that trainers care about your form while doing movements so you get the best from your workout while not injuring yourself.
Been working with Cornelius for almost a year now. I appreciate the subtle but effect approach he takes to helping clients reach their goals, nay perhaps achieve beyond their expectations! Creative, varied sessions encouragement without excessive praise. He is great at identifying and correcting form issues on the way to improving function and effectiveness of the exercises. I am reasonably fit for my 62 years, but he has worked with my level of strength, agility, stamina and gently emboldened me toward further improvement.
When I first decided I needed a personal trainer, I started checking out the personal trainers at the gym where I was a member. I watched how they interacted with their clients, and the training they gave them. Most of the trainers seemed disinterested in their work, and were either chi-chatting with other members of the gym while training their clients, or checking their cellphones while training. When I checked out Janet, she was always one on one and very focused with her client. Thats when I decided Janet was the one for me. Janet is extremely knowlegeable, not only about personal training, but also about proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle. She has been my personal trainer for over 3 years now. I am going on 57 years old, and thanks to her, I feel and look much younger, and I am very thankful our paths crossed.
Denise is an incredible trainer! I met her just over a month ago. I came to her having not exercised for many years as most of my time was spent sitting at a desk. Within a month, she's got me stronger and already feeling better in my clothes. She uses a mix of cardio and strength training that focuses on the entire body and which will ultimately ensure better endurance. She plans a new work out plan for me every time we meet - 3 times a week - that is always different from the last and always tailored to my needs. Her support during the work out is verbal and is also physical when needed. She'll jump right in to help you finish sets when necessary. You can't possibly find a better trainer!
There is so much to say about Let's Go Fitness gym. It's clean, professional, with experienced trainers. It really feels like a family. Omg, my personal trainer Stacy is the BEST!! She motivates, encourages and is my biggest fan. She is one tough cookie when it comes to whipping you into shape but is always pleasant.

Sean is a phenomenal trainer who tailors workouts based upon individual goals and needs. His background in gymnastics as well as NPC competitions is priceless. He is patient and flexible and takes his time with you while also explaining how best to maximize your workouts for the greatest success. True professional and very skilled trainer. I recommend him to anyone no matter what their fitness goals are. I’ve been working with him for 3 weeks now. I’ve lost 2 inches in my waist as well as have gained muscle and lost 6 pounds so far. I signed up with Timothy to tone and strengthen my body. After the second week, with proper diet and Timothy's workout sessions I noticed that my jeans were not as tight. Timothy gently pushes you just enough to get you past that point when you think you can do anymore, without frustration like some trainers do. He is very reasonable, balanced and insightful. I can’t say enough good things about Julian! We definitely hit the jackpot with him and in a very short time, he’s become a great trainer, mentor and role model for my 15 year old son who has wanted to increase his strength/stamina while working on his soccer skills. Julian very quickly responded to my search for a personal trainer and was incredibly professional during our introductory call. It was evident that his knowledge of /experience with soccer as a player and coach would be a good match for my son. He also shared his philosophy about strength training with kids, specifically how he seeks to understand what motivates and is important to them, so he could then weave in his expertise which ultimately would result in a truly customized program to help accomplish their goals. He was eager to “meet” my son and scheduled some time to speak with him personally over the phone and get to know him. Julian provides encouragement inside and outside the gym by keeping tabs on my son and checking in on how he’s doing. Even when my son tried out for another soccer team, Julian gave him sound advice throughout the process, acted as a sounding board, and alleviated any anxiety he had. I was never a big fan of working out at a busy gym so this is a nice alternative in a personal setting. Annie is a very knowledgeble trainer with good conversation, it is like working out with my best friend but I am actually getting results out of our time together! 😄
Great personalized exercise program. No BS. Challenged but correct form is critical. Flexible and respectful of schedule. Cardio and strength noticeably improved - all due to Matt's excellence in knowledge, care and drive. And I know because I have tried, and not stuck with other trainers.

I've been working with Steve for about 2 years now and have noticed great improvements. For me, we generally do a full body workout in a circuit-style training. Recently I've told him about my lower back pain and he's catered the exercises and stretches to help with that. He's very knowledgeable when it comes to fitness and he'll work with you to figure out what is best for your body and your goals. He's also very flexible with hours which is great with my work hours. He'll also work with your diet and give suggestions for food choices and lifestyle changes so that you can meet and maintain your fitness goals. If you're looking for a personal trainer, especially if it's your first time, I would definitely suggest considering Steve.
I've been training with Marshall for a few weeks now and am already very happy with the personal training and nutrition plan he has provided. First off, you will not find a better trainer for the money than Marshall in the greater Baltimore area. His prices are about half of what I paid at a boutique personal training studio in Baltimore City and half or more than other quotes I received. Secondly, the training he has provided has pushed me like no other trainer has pushed me before. His detailed workout routines and cardio plans have me seeing results already. He has also provided me with a detailed and easy-to-follow meal plan at no additional charge. If you are looking to get into shape, or just looking to get into better shape, I highly recommend Marshall without hesitation.
