- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to set up a meet and greet or phone call to get a sense of my customer’s needs. Then I will send a plan for care and an estimate based on or conversation. The customer can any amendments to the plan before the job begins.

From a very young age I had a fondness for animals and for keeping my space clean and organized.
