I've been going to Stu for a few months. This is the first time I've gone to a personal trainer. I highly recommend him. He is very knowledgable about body mechanics, form, and has a seemingly endless supply of exercises to work all parts of the body. Every time I go I learn something new. We work hard, he pushes me hard but knows how to laugh. He's also helped me write up workouts I can do at home to keep the strength training going.
When I moved to Maine I specifically looked for a trainer who had experience and knowledge in orthopedic issues. Jeff is by far the best trainer I have used. He focused on my goal to return to skiing following knee surgery while also addressing muscle imbalances due to previous joint replacements and surgeries. His evaluation was more thorough than my Physical Therapist's and his program including home exercises pushed me while respection physical limitations and safety issues. He is a pleasure to work with!
