Introduction: My passion has always been to help others find their voice on the cello. What's important to me is that my students find joy in playing. I am a professional cellist currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Cello Performance. I have played the cello for 20+ years. I am comfortable teaching at all ages (even adults!) and at all skill levels. Lessons can either be in-person or virtual, whatever you are comfortable with!

I worked with Terence for 3 lessons this summer in order to get some fine tuning on my very basic cello skills I learned in a parent orchestra. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he delivered. He was always prompt, very patient, and generous in encouragement. He broke the learning process down into very manageable, understandable parts which is what I needed. He honed in on some positioning of hands and fingers that I had no way of doing/seeing on my own, even though the lesson was virtual. The only reason I took so few lessons was that I just didn't have the time to put into practice, but I fully plan to come back for more lessons later. I HIGHLY recommend Terence!
