I could not be happier with the jobs Zak and Hillary have done for me, cleaning my house and helping with some home maintenance. Their work ethic is impeccable, as is their job performance. My house looks spic and span, and they fixed everything on my to-do list very efficiently. On top of it, they are so nice and helpful. I have retained their services and wish that I could give them 10 stars!

I hired them to come out to deep clean my new home. They did a great job. I hate spiders and cob webs and they threw in the basement for a couple more bucks. So I would feel comfortable in my new home. I’m going to definitely use them again.

We recently hired Over the Moon to clean our home. Over the years we have contracted several services. Each of them produced the same result ( wife not happy). This time we provided no specific instructions. They arrived on time, completed the job in the window quoted. The best way to sum up the review would be, my wife was happy! That may not sound like much, but that is exactly what i wanted. The specifics of what was done are probably lost on me ( i don’t clean well, nor do i notice mess). My wife , on the other hand is very fussy, so her smile told me all i needed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is set at the average thumbtack has for each cleaning gig in our service area. After the 1st visit, the price initial goes down with reoccuring services. (ie.,once a month, twice a week, one a week etc...)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Going over any specifics outside the normal cleaning. Ie using specific cleaning supplies, products, or cleaned a certain way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
(Zak) has had past jobs in the automotive manufacturing industry & has a (OSHA) hazwoper traing certification. We both have years of cleaning. We know all the tricks of the trade. We are a dynamic cleaning duo! Plus did I mention the "Zak of all trades"?
