I really enjoyed coming back to a very clean apartment. They were so responsive and helpful to me whenever I had questions. Great service from the initial contact all the way through the cleaning. The cleaners arrived on time and ready to work. The job they did was very thorough and they were friendly and professional. Payment easy and went through after the cleaning was completed. The house is absolutely sparkling clean, they did a great job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to simplify the process. We confirm your booking and send a reminder. When we arrive at your home, we will follow a detailed checklist in order to ensure nothing is overlooked. After your first appointment, we'll call and ask for feedback in order to ensure you are completely satisfied with our service. We strive to exceed each and every one of our clients' expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
You can expect your maid to have a deep understanding of each step of the cleaning process and can guide you through it. They are all fluent in English, background-checked and courteous.
