Introduction: There are two types of trainers: 1) people who have been in shape their whole lives, and 2) people who haven't. I am the latter type of trainer having lived most of my life obese. I know what it is like to be unhealthy and held back from living life as a result. I'm here to change lives, and help my clients regain their confidence, and ultimately, their life. My experience on both sides of the line gives me a unique perspective and the ability to empathize with my clients. I know what setbacks you will likely face, and I know how to get you through them. Undoubtedly my favorite part of my job is seeing the growth from start to finish of each client. Clients leave much different then when they started, and it is amazing to see the improvement both physically and mentally of each client.

You can expect challenging but fun and effective training from A-Team Fitness. Thanks to Alex (Founder/Certified Personal Trainer), I've reached my weight-loss goal, have significantly improved my strength and endurance, and best of all, in good health! A-Team Fitness will give you all the tools you need to live a healthy life style!

Training with A-Team Fitness is the best thing I have done to start living a healthy life through exercise and nutrition. I’ve worked with Alex for over a year now and cannot recommend him highly enough. Alex has the perfect balance of being able to push you to get the most out of your training without screaming at you or feeling like you accidentally joined the marines. My 2x a week Choose to Loose sessions are something I look forward to each week, and am still sore after every session. 5 stars. A+. Don’t even think twice.
