- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we will gather some information and schedule a time to meet with one of our certified roofing/siding/window inspectors. At this meeting, our inspector will conduct an in-depth inspection of the area to be repaired or replaced, noting any damage and taking exact measurements. Once a thorough inspection is complete, the inspector will discuss all of the different options with the homeowner based on what was found. We understand that this type of purchase is out of the ordinary for most customers and do our best to make it as easy as possible by providing detailed information so that an informed decision can be made based on the preferences and budget. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Talk to the professionals you seek out about the different quality of materials they offer and discuss which will best suit your needs/wants and budget. Ask what type of warranty the manufacturer provides and what guarantee of workmanship the contractor will provide and for how long. Other things to ask would be if the professional is licensed and insured, the turn around time of the project, and what precautions will be taken to protect your home from incidental damage (i.e. protecting landscaping or other things on the property). You may also want to get references from previous customers.
