I started working with Connie almost seven years ago. As a result of working out with her, I was able to fit into my MOTB dress. I have also been cared at a store because they didn't think I looked 55 years old or older! TRX, nutrition guidance, Yoga, and keeping track of progress are just a part of everything Connie does. Her personality is great no matter your age. I highly recommend her!
My friend and I have semi private lessons because my friend has Parkinson's and moves slower,is not comfortable in a regular big class. Natasha works with both of us together but still addresses our individual issues.. She is very positive in all aspects,a joy to have as an instructor. We now have class twice a week.

Great yoga classes. I have now attended numerous classes lead by Eli. I am a novice at yoga. She makes it fun, relaxing and challenging all at the same time. It keeps me coming back. The main benefit I get from the classes is two-fold: 1. It puts me in a relax state, like a meditation would. 2. It helps me with my flexibility and stretching. I would recommend classes with Eli. She is knowledgeable, patient and fun.

We offer a blended hatha yoga class that is customizable depending on the needs and desires of the students. Classes range from gentle to power yoga, taught by Andrea Cesarek, trained and certified at Mahi Power Yoga Center in Dharamsala, India. There are several in-studio classes a week (family, community, gentle and power hatha) as well as a weekly chair yoga in a senior center near to the studio. We also hold acroyoga classes every other week and monthly gong/yin yoga sessions. We're available for in-home sessions as well as yoga in the workplace or any other community center.
