Our pricing is based on the size of the space, the type of service requested (standard, deep, or move-in/move-out), and the frequency of cleaning. We offer both one-time and recurring service options (weekly, biweekly, or monthly), with discounted rates for regular clients. All quotes are transparent with no hidden fees—supplies, equipment, and travel are included in the cost. We provide free estimates, and custom packages can be created to fit your specific needs and budget. Any additional services or special requests will be discussed and approved before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start by discussing your cleaning needs over the phone or through an online inquiry. We’ll ask a few questions about your space, the type of cleaning you're looking for (standard, deep, or specialty), and your preferred schedule. Based on that, we provide a free, no-obligation quote. If everything looks good, we schedule your first cleaning at a convenient time. On the day of service, our team arrives on time with all necessary supplies and equipment, and we walk through the space with you (if you're available) to confirm priorities. After the cleaning, we follow up to ensure you’re satisfied and, if desired, help you set up a recurring service plan.
