Came around 6pm on the first day of snow(haven't had snow since, so am not sure if this is their typical schedule), but regardless it was slightly disappointing because I head to work at 7:30am and needed it done in the morning so nearly slid down my driveway and street(dangerous). Also, I could not get my car up the driveway when I returned from work around 5pm, so had to wait for them to come to put my car in the garage. It isn't a deal-breaker, as the service they gave once they came was fantastic, but I would certainly encourage them to be up early for their customers so we don't encounter these problems. After all, people don't get snow plow service so they can have clear driveways only while they are sleeping. It is typically during the morning and day we need to have those clear! But all in all, good company, good service. I won't be cancelling.

I contacted AAAboslute in November to plow for the season. They provided me with an estimate and I wrote them a check. They indicated they'd come out, put stakes in the yard and take care of everything. It was late December before the first measurable snowfall came and they didn't plow. The hadn't cashed the check that I'd written 4 weeks prior, hadn't contacted me and did not respond to multiple attempts to contact them over the last few weeks. Even after enough snow came to warrant plowing, they didn't come. They were extremely unreliable.
