I HATE physical activity, but decided I needed to do some exercise to maintain mobility as I get older. So as a beginner who hates to sweat, for the last 3 weeks Murray directed me through the maze of machines, showing me how to properly use them, what body part the moves were targeting, and gently encouraging me to finish the exercise set when my wobbly muscles were telling me "no way". After only 3 weeks, I can see that I am stronger already, and that stairs are easier to manage. Although I don't think I'll ever love working out, this is something I feel I will stick with. I definitely recommend him and Optimal Life to those like me who prefer being couch potatoes!
