Brian has absolutely exceeded my expectations. He has taken personal training to the next level with his in depth understanding of the body from a neuromuscular standpoint. He is extremely thorough in order to identify areas of weakness or imbalance and then builds a comprehensive workout plan to address each client's individual needs. I've been working with PPT for about 5 years after being diagnosed with knee problems and diabetes. I knew I had to take care of myself and improve my health, but as a business owner I didn't really have time to get to a gym... nor did I want to go, for fear that I'd wreck my already damaged knee. PPT offered the best solution for me, allowing me to keep some work/life balance by having a trainer come to my home every other day. Best of all, they were SAFE- they kept track of EVERYTHING, never pushing me beyond my boundaries and taking down the intensity when needed. I have trained with 3 different trainers but Jenna is the BEST by far. Ino the last 9 months since I started working out with her I have seen huge changes in the amount of muscle I have. She gives me homework to do on my days that I am not training with her. She coaches me on how to eat well. She goes above and beyond for all her clients, all while making it fun. She's awesome!!
Cory makes sure to push me beyond what I initially thought I could do. The workout sessions are varied, and I get workouts to do in between training sessions. Cory also focuses on nutrition as an assistive focus for working out and weight lifting. Over all, Cory is a great personal trainer.
Garret is very knowledgeable in the areas of weight training, endurance, and nutrition. I have been working with Garret for 3 months and have lost 15 lbs, while gaining a lot of muscle definition. My cardio endurance and overall strength have also increased . I have gone down 2 pant sizes despite having a thyroid condition that makes losing fat very difficult. I would recommend Garret because he does a great job of learning your specific goals and helping to make a realistic plan for you to achieve them.

My husband and I worked with Kim for quite a while; then our schedule got in the way and we had to put our workouts with her on hold although we continued to do things on our own. Kim was thorough, knowledgeable and extremely flexible with us and did everything she could to work around our schedule. She is genuinely interested in her client's health and well-being.
Deana has been supportive while still holding me accountable and challenging me to push further. She has been consistent in her communication of my exercise and eating plan. Our workouts are only thirty minutes but have done more to shape my body than hours of cardio or cross training has ever done. I'm much stronger and healthier and I have reduced my exercise time. I first started working with Karie in a personal training capacity about 2 years ago. I'll tell ya, it wasn't easy, but she has taught me what it really meant to push myself and that I could go a lot farther than I thought I could. She also provided me with nutrition recommendations and I learned a lot about clean eating and they are things that live in my life still to this day. I've worked with Karie in a group training session since then and she's still known as the trainer that will push you. She's also taught me to do a lot on my own and I'm now completely comfortable in the gym working out by myself all because of her. She'll stay very real with you though and knows you have a life to live outside of the time you spend in the gym and cooking healthy meals. If you want someone that only pushes you as much as you let them, thats not Karie. If you want someone that won't hold you accountable, thats not Karie. If you want someone that wants you to learn, grow and be a healthier you, that is Karie. I believe she really wants you to get the most out of the services she provides. I'd recommend her to anyone :)

About 3 years ago, they misdiagnosed me with ALS. While they still don’t really know what I have, they’ve decided is definitely isn’t ALS. But what I do have is weakened portions of my lower body, compounded by sciatica. As a result, going to a gym usually leaves me in tears and horribly embarrassed. Yet, I knew I couldn’t just sit stationary behind my desk for 8 hours a day and magically have the weaknesses in my body improve. When I heard about Molly, the way she’ll come to train me in my home and the fact that she was able to teach me ‘Yoga for the eternally unbalanced,’ I decided to give it a try. BOY, am I glad I did! She works with the limited exercise equipment I have in my basement: a yoga mat, a treadmill, some bands and a fitness ball. I’m being guided through Warrior poses and stretching exercises. She listens to what is too easy and what is too difficult in order to give me exactly the exercises I need to take me to the next level. Her knowledge is exceptionally expansive so she always has several exercises options to offer. After just two highly customized sessions, I was better balanced, less tight in the muscles and had stronger legs. I noticed that I didn’t have to hold so tightly to the handrails when going up steps for fear of tripping... and that I was able to travel up them twice as fast. I no longer had to watch every step ahead of me while walking, scanning the ground for tripping hazards. Having legs that were a bit stronger and steadier allowed me to pick up my chin and enjoy the sights around me a little more. Was I completely healed after two sessions? No, of course not. But I WAS convinced that there were things I could do to reverse my condition, and that together with Molly, I would to be able to do all the things I should be able to do at my age. She not only helps me strengthen my body, she is transitioning me into a state of renewed grace and confidence. I highly recommend her services!
If you don't think you can do it - you're wrong. If I can, you can! I've been working with Chad for the past 9 months, and have found him to be instrumental is me wanting to continue pursuing better health through physical training. Chad offers a variety of strategies through cardio and strength training to reach your goals. He is always positive, encouraging, and of course, challenging. As a tried-and-true couch-potato, I had doubts about starting this journey, though at 50 years old - it was about time. I feel much better, stronger, and am enjoying overall better health.
