I've been working with PPT for about 5 years after being diagnosed with knee problems and diabetes. I knew I had to take care of myself and improve my health, but as a business owner I didn't really have time to get to a gym... nor did I want to go, for fear that I'd wreck my already damaged knee. PPT offered the best solution for me, allowing me to keep some work/life balance by having a trainer come to my home every other day. Best of all, they were SAFE- they kept track of EVERYTHING, never pushing me beyond my boundaries and taking down the intensity when needed. My experiences of working with Tyce have been outstanding. I have spent time with Tyce in the gym and outside of the gym and he is inspirational in both settings. When I started working with Jerry, I was in ok shape. I wasnt super overweight, but I could feel myself heading in that direction. On top of that, I just didnt feel GOOD. I knew what needed to be done, but I didnt know how to do it. I had tried a few workout methods on my own, but nothing really seemed to work. I finally approached Jerry and asked for some help. From the get-go I decided that since he had been helping people get fit for years, and since nothing I had already done worked, I would try it his way and see what happened. I am so glad I did! I had a great first trainer experience! Mergim asked about my goals, came prepared with a workout tailored for me and he taught me great exercises that I can to at home without fancy equipment. Mergim was fun and he really motivated me to enjoy getting fit!
