- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have an extensive price list for planning and floral pricing is individual and based on need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially connect via email to get the specifics on what services are needed to send accurate pricing. Second step is a phone conversation followed by a complimentary in person meeting to further discuss plans. At that time I present a service agreement or invoice for services requested and offer the opportunity to pay a deposit to save the date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years experience in planning wedding and events. Design techniques and floral design classes from a European florist who also mentored.
