We booked Michael Jay for our October 1st wedding earlier this year (March-ish) and he was amazing every step of the way. He was easily reachable by all communications and made the planning process stress free. Not only did he cook for us but he also helped supply us with party insurance, tables, linens, chairs, etc. His staff also helped my parents set up for the wedding. We had a venue that did not have a kitchen and most other caterers were going to cook off site and bring our food in hot boxes. Michael brought everything he needed to cook on site for us (stoves, grills, etc) so everything was fresh! Everyone loved our taco bar, slider bar, and Asian noodle bar. I would recommend Michael to anyone :)
The breakfast that was catered was excellent. The fruit was fresh and everything was delicious. Everyone was satisfied. I would use her services again. Highly recommend
Our experience with Chef Cathy was an absolute delight from start to finish. I’ve hosted many catered parties both large and small and I can honestly say Chef Cathy’s dependability and culinary talent were top notch. I found her on a Google search as we wanted to host a catered dinner following our son’s graduation in Ann Arbor. Cathy contacted me immediately upon filling out a form on Thumbtack. I was drawn to her personable profile and previous menus. She was always responsive throughout our two months of planning and easily accommodated our various requests. It was so much fun planning the menu with her! We knew that we would be out all day at multiple ceremonies, so Cathy and her team needed to come to our rental house, set up and cook before we arrived back to the house. The evening proceeded without a hitch! Chef Cathy provided delicious and unique appetizers to start followed by a lovely plated dinner for 9 people. Her timing of each course was perfect! We enjoyed unique Lemon-Basil Marinated Shrimp in Parmesan Cups as one of the three appetizers. In perfect coordination, we sat down to a plated meal that included delicious and moist Chicken with Lemon & Artichokes, Asparagus Bundles, and Wild Rice Salad with Artichokes. Several overflowing plates of petite homemade bars and cakes followed for dessert. Cathy even presented our son with a special gift of a framed photo of his final college art project! Throughout dinner, Cathy and her assistant, John, made sure we had plenty of wine and second helpings. To top off a perfect evening, all dishes were cleared, cleaned and put away. This is top notch service and professionalism. Our entire group agreed that having Chef Cathy far exceeded any experience we would have had at a restaurant. I’m only sad that she doesn’t live closer to our home in Los Angeles! We loved Chef Cathy!!
Shawn and I have attended the same church and I have assisted her cater a wedding, make home visits for ill people and celebrate holidays together. She is a strong woman of God and takes great pride in everything she prepares whether it be a paid catering event, serving others or cooking for family and loved ones. It is this exact quality that exudes in her food prep and presentation. When you taste her creations...you know that you are loved!
Chef Martin he catered a dinner for an out of state Family Reunion 20 people, the food was amazing! He was very professional and friendly at the same time, almost thought he was a lost Brother. I've befriended him even though I live in Georgia next Reunion he will be who we use again.

My event was a graduation dinner and they came and host the event the food was southern style and it was excellent the chef used her own sauce on the bbq and it was delicious also this white macaroni and cheese was amazing I was looking for the regular yellow mac and cheese but the chef introduced me to the white one and its some I would try again and the services was on time everyone was very polite and good server I will use them in my future events and I also have family member that use there services
