Its personable with no pressure like going into those big commercial gyms where you have no idea what youre doing as well as there being no personal help and a lot of pressure on you to the point you dont go. Not with Al You are given the one on one attention and knowledge you need. I have to tell you the price is right. He loves what he does, has many years of experience but yet still makes it affordable for everyone!!! I recommend Al to anyone needing Assistance in fitness for any category. When I set out to begin getting into shape I was extremely apprehensive about hiring a personal trainer. I knew going to a gym was not for me, but I was nervous that I would hire someone who would make me dread working out. However, I couldn't be happier with Kevin and his training style. He definitely takes into account where you are coming from, where you are and where you want to end up and tailors every workout to help achieve those goals. It's been a really positive experience working with him and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to get into better shape.

I hired Body by Design once before and just hired them again. I wanted to lose some weight & complete the Tough Mudder event. Keegan & kathleen took me througj some real tough routines and were so encouraging when I needed them to be. They even participated in the event with me to show their support. What I like best is that they train anywhere which is so very convienent. They even did some sessions with my mom & my sister who were very happy as well. I look forward to my next round of results with them & would recomend Body by Design to anyone!
I have been a member at Anytime Fitness for approx. 4 years now and have watched Dave Laycock work with numerous clients and virtually saw them transform before my eyes. When my daughter got engaged and wasnt happy with her appearance and worried about how she would look in her gown, we went to Dave for his advice and expertise. My daughter started working with Dave and his Wedding Dress Boot Camp faithfully following his advise (i.e., workout plans, eating plan etc.) and four months later WOW she is a changed women and ecstatic about putting on her gown and walking down that isle with beauty and great pride of her accomplishments. My daughter is still working with Dave but Dave has added to the Wedding Dress Boot Camp. Once a week I and her bridal party have started working with Dave doing the Bridal Boot Camp. Even though the workout is challenging; it is so much fun and a great time for the bridal party to bond. He has thought us how to properly use equipment while targeting all the different mussel groups in our body. Dave has not only shown us exercises to do at the gym but how to incorporate exercises that we can do at home anytime and anyplace and at no cost. When Dave says he is a full service trainer, he means it and he always goes above and beyond to ensure the health and safety of all his clients and members of the gym. I look forward to walking down the aisle at my daughters wedding looking fit and trim in my Mother of the Bride dress as well. THANKS DAVE we couldnt have done it without you!
Hello, Travis Kelly, I have to say is an amazing instructor, motivator and support system. At one point in my life I was 110 pounds over weight. I had lost about 40 of it but hit a wall. I talked to Travis about it and he gave me really helpful tips to healthier lifestyle. I took his boot camp classes and really started seeing the results I was looking for. I decided I wanted to start running and, with his advice I was able to to complete a 5K and he ran along side us and was there at the finish line to support all who ran. Since then I have run multiple races to include a half marathon and I completed it in under 2 hours. He was always willing to provide extra instruction to make sure that the exercises were being executed properly to avoid injury, and offered modified versions as well. He educated me on how to live better. He took pride in helping me and I know he truly cared about my success. It's been several years since I first went to see him, I was a size 12-14 and weighed nearly 200 pounds. Now I am a size 2 and I weight 127. I am so grateful for the knowledge he has passed on to me. It was NEVER easy, and he NEVER sugar coated anything. He gave it to you straight, which is hard to find. Travis Kelly has a gift and I am so grateful he took the time to share it with me. Evan is a outstanding personal trainer he taught me so many things and taught me so much about how to pay attention to what muscles I was working and how lowering your weight or increasing your weight would emphasize on the muscle that you were trying to work out because so many times I was using higher weight and was not feeling the muscle that I was supposed to begir toward and still to this day I have taken that knowledge and have put it toward my workout still to this day I had great results with him and I recommend him to any and everyone thank you so much Evan you're awesome

I have been working with Zach at Energized Performance for over a year and I love it! I have lost 10 pounds, gained beautifully toned muscles, great endurance and loads of energy. It Mueller Time Fitness/Mike Mueller is a great strength coach instructor. He worked with my shoulder injury so that I could still participate in classes. By attending class regularly I saw major improvement in my strength and weight loss.
Before I started training with Ryan, I was attending LA Fitness and stuck to my same routine. I had already lost 30 pounds but could not seem to lose the last 5 stubborn pounds. I also wanted to see more definition in my legs and arms. I was at the point where I wanted to "tone" up my body, but was unable to because I had reached a plateau. Ryan is not only effective but he knows what he is doing, that's for sure. He believes you should push yourself to the max to get the results you want, which is exactly what I did every time. The workouts constantly changed, so my body didn't become accustomed to the same ol' boring routine. Workouts included cross-fit, high intensity circuit training, kickboxing and TRX. Within a month I could see the definition in my arms, legs and even stomach. I continue to work out with him on a weekly basis, I wouldn't go anywhere else. He delivers challenging but effective workouts. I can honestly say he is one of the toughest trainers I have ever come across. If you want the results you have been longing for, he is your guy! There is nothing this guy cannot do!
I have been with weapons 4 weight loss sense the owner and trainer Mr. Nick Lopez opened. I enjoy the boot camp expirrence , the trainers are knowledgeable, expirrenced trainers who work withyou and encourage you at all fitness levels. I highly recommend weapons 4 weight loss boot camp. And have refered several people, whom also found the trainers and boot camp to be a helpful and. Enjoyable expierence. It is a pay by monthly boot camp and I have never had any problems with membership fees / charges In fact I find weapons 4 weight loss to be fair in the pricing
