Latest Review: I've heard Matt perform in concert and non-concert settings playing keyboard, piano, organ and even harmonium. Matt has a great sense of musical arrangement and professional presentation in working with a variety of temperaments and talent. I love his sense of allowing the music to speak through the performance. I really look forward to hearing him perform and working with him again.

Latest Review: My Granddaughter is not quite 4 yet and Kevin did a marvelous job with her. He engaged her using colors and animals to relate to the piano keyboard. Her first introduction to the piano was a smashing success. We look forward to more lessons in our future!

Latest Review: My son Andrew studied piano and viola with Susanne Vergeldt of the Keys & Strings Music Studio, for 10 years. During that time Andrew enjoyed an excellent piano and viola education which helped him become an advanced player in both. By the time he was a senior in high school he scored 100 percent in the Michigan Solo and Ensemble judging for piano and a 97 in viola. The judge went out of her way to give credit to Andrew's piano teacher. Currently, Andrew is majoring in music and he composes piano music. We are forever indebted to Susanne for her impact on Andrew.

Latest Review: As a busy professional in my early thirties, I missed having piano as an important part of my life. I had taken lessons for ~12 years when I was growing up, but school and life eventually got in the way. When my husband gave me piano lessons last Christmas, I was overjoyed! I didn't know how lucky I was, though, until I met Paul, the music teacher my husband had selected. After my childhood of learning, I have the basics down pretty well, but Paul is helping me deepen my knowledge of music theory and really concentrate on technique - two areas that were not part of my early music education. He is helping me to look again at playing the piano with fresh eyes and a fresh approach, and helping me enjoy it all the more. Paul has been flexible in adapting to my schedule, and there's never any pressure about not having practiced enough. His goal is to help me advance in my knowledge and capability, even if the time I can dedicate to practice and preparation varies from week to week. I deeply appreciate that! In short, Paul's knowledge and skill run deeper than any piano teacher I've ever had, which allows my own knowledge all the more room to grow. I would highly recommend lessons with Paul!

Latest Review: As a fellow Professional Musician, and holder of two U.S. Patents for Instrument Modifications, I am well qualified to review Zina as an Instructor of Piano. She is quite talented personally, being Internationally Trained, and equally important, She has a very "easy", flowing method of communicating the Concepts and Ideas Taught through Her Private Lessons. She is Patient and kind while overcoming the usual obstacles, and supportive with the progress and improvements. If one were to follow her Pedagogy, success would be assured.
