Chris came out and cleaned my gutters for me. He did a great job, was very accommodating and was very quick to respond to messages and address and questions or concerns I had. Thorough, reasonable on price and honest, can’t ask for anything more. Will hire in the future, plan on hiring for other work as well and will recommend to friends and family. I mean just everything about these folks are dandy! The best thing was I called them after they finished the work they did for me and they offered me a customer card gift card of $50 just for me getting them to do the over seeing of my apartment buildings sign on and lawn things over here. Seniors need help, people with patience and they helped.

Bob manages multiple single family home rentals for me. He promptly returns phone calls and emails and handles the details. Bob was very helpful when I needed a property manager to correct serious problems caused by a former manager. He happily went above and beyond what I expected from a new property manager and quickly helped me solve my problems. In addition to the routine communication, we meet quarterly to go over my portfolio and discuss improvements and opportunities. I like having a seasoned property manager take care of my properties and having an experienced and trusted real estate agent to provide an informed opinion on my real estate portfolio.

Scott did a great job in helping to turn our Warren rental property ( of which was returned in very rough shape ) into a clean wonderful home that showed very well once listed. His help with cleaning, painting, deck repairs, and haul-away was and is tremendously appreciated. His help with general recommendations and advice during the project was appreciated as well. Since I needed to work with a trustworthy contractor being remotely located 12 hours away in Atlanta his trust and value was immense. Scott is highly recommended!!
