We have a step by step process for every new customer. Once a new customer reachs out to our company thru online or phone or email they will be greeted by one our friendly professional sales people. Who will ask the customer to tell us about the work they need done and take detailed notes, and ask a series of questions to help us better understand the customers exact needs. Than we collect the customers contact information and set up a time for a free in home estimate with one our professionals skilled in the specific area of work the customer is looking for. Our in home estimates are detailed and we deliver you a exact price quote right at your home for the specific work your looking for. We dont need to take days to write up a estimate we understand your time is very valuable and our professionals have years and years of expirence in the home improvement industry. So there able to deliver you a professional detailed estimate very quickly. We there every step of the way to answer any questions or concerns the customer may have and keep them constantly up to date on the progress of the work. Right thru the follow up after the work has been completed to see how things went.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our companies employees have 10 plus years of expirence in the home improvement industry. Our production manager has over 30 years of experience. And our company has been running since 2011 with hundreds of satisfied home and business owners.

Our pricing system consists of per square foot range depending on the scope and condtion of areas to be worked on.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our company was started out of necessity, the owners of the company were in the house flipping industry and had dealings with less than reputable contractors. We looked around the industry and saw there was a need for a company who people can trust to work in there home or business, who keeps there promises and treats you and your home with respect. So we began this company with those principles in mind. Recruited the top most professional employees in the industry. Took our employees combined over 100 years of expirence and put that expertease into the work our company does.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with homeowners all over the metro detroit area from birch run to novi to grosse ile and every where in between. We bulit on going relationships with buliders of homes and commerical builders, business owners, doctor offices, factories, churchs and chairty organizations.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would make sure the provider is knowledgeable in the area your interested in. Ask some questions and make sure the provider can explain the step by step process that goes into completing the type of work your looking for. Ask to see some references and a copy of the companys warranty, check out the compaines reviews online. Also dont just choose a company just because of price alone. You should feel comfortable with the company and be confident in there skill to complete the job professionaly.
