I can't began to describe the level of service I revceived from Events of Excellence. From the very first consultation, the staff was attentive and extremely professional. Their major goal was to make my dream a reality. My event was truly excellent.. the food was delicious. My guest are still raving about the prime rib and the delicious desserts. The staff went over and beyond to accommodate each guest. They added all the little extras that really made a huge difference. It's is with no hesitation that I recommend this company for any 5 star event.Feb 10, 2014

This place was terrible. They had a whole list of problems on our wedding... upfront they seemed like a great value, we tasted their food and it was good, but it was down hill from there. Problem #1. We had 3 different sized guest tables, and Gwen thought it was ok to list 3 sizes of linens on our order sheet, but only ordered 1 size from her vendor. She said there were not three sizes available, so i had to scamper around calling on the week of our wedding (i was able to find 3 places within an hour that had the correct sizes). She stole the money for the linens she didn't provide for the event. Problem #2. The staff she had working our event told the venue staff that they had ZERO serving experience. They were yelling across the room of guests, and didn't see a problem when we asked them to go to the back rooms. One of the cooks was found sleeping in the bathroom. Problem #3. The salad and pasta courses came out slightly behind schedule. No big deal. The Entree courses came out with awful presentation, poor quality meat, cold, and it took over 2 hours to serve all of our guests. We delayed our first dance by about an hour, and still danced before some of our guests were served. Problem #4. Once they had our money (which they required before the event problems), Gwen (owner) all of a sudden couldn't answer our emails or calls... Only use them if you don't mind cold food, delayed service, awful staff and money getting stolen from you. Otherwise STAY FAR AWAY!Jan 30, 2014
