Introduction
I'm a competitive amateur MMA fighter (soon to be professional) and a life-long martial artist with over 15 years of experience in boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, wrestling and karate and 5 years experience in BJJ, Savate and judo. My priority is in teaching you how to fight, with a focus on technique, mobility and strength and conditioning. I won't make you do pointless circuits or cardio, you will leave each session more dangerous and more well prepared from when you walked in.

Working with T was great, he is a very knowledgeable coach with a lot of experience. I like that he breaks down each technique and each punch so I not only understand how it's done, but why I should do it. I have gone down 3 inches in my waist since starting with him!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    $70/hr is my standard rate but I offer bulk packages with heavily discounted rates, as well as small groups lessons that are cheaper for the individual.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to do a phone consultation and then a physical assessment for the first 15-20 minutes of our first session to see any imbalances or deficiencies you have before I create a custom program for each individual client which varies depending on their goals, experience level and their own temperament.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    18+ years of training various martial arts. 4 years of D1 collegiate Rugby. 3 years coaching at a professional MMA gym and a PT and Strength and Conditioning certification
