Bernadette was a complete pleasure to work with throughout the scheduling process, I received a few quotes from a few different companies and none of them felt nearly as assuring or made me feel as comfortable with the work to be done as Bernadette did. With the scheduling process she kept me informed all throughout and provided updates as needed. The team that came in; ripped out the carpet, sanded down the floors and re-finished did an amazing job. They made sure I had the color that I wanted and were in and out in no time returning the next day for the finishing touches. I was super happy with the entirety of the process, from being quoted, being informed, and the re-finishing team. Such a smooth process and if I have more projects this will 100% be the first phone call I make.

Five Stars is all I can say! I couldn't be happier with my new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring from 123 Flooring. The customer service was outstanding, and their pricing was highly competitive and transparent after multiple estimates from other companies. Bernadette called and updated me from beginning to end, with a follow up call to check on my satisfaction. Mario my installation person arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and did a flawless job. My floor looks absolutely stunning! I highly recommend 123 Flooring for a stress-free experience and beautiful results.

We just booked for 2 staircases and were so excited! We were so grateful for Bernadette helping us through the process and making sure we were perfectly satisfied with all of our choices! Everything was quick and easy with lots of choices available for colors. We were able to get an appointment for install the following week and we are thrilled to see the results.

Bernadette was great spelling everything out and really helping pick out the floor. Installers were very respectful and got the job done in a very professional way.
