Working with Ken is a pleasure. I have many joint issues that I feel his expertise with my training is helping me improve my strength with all these issues. He unlike other trainers has taken my issues into consideration with all my workouts. He understands that I am not one of the young group and knows my goal is strength and ability to enjoy my twilight years. He doesn't baby me his encouragement with my workouts, and nutrition helps me tremendously and he holds me accountable for my progress. I have yet to experience anything with Ken that is discouragingOct 7, 2015

Ken is very knowledgeable in the different exercises that would help me personally. He has really helped me reach my unique health and fitness goals. I still have a long way to go but I feel I will get there. He really makes it fun and interesting. I never get bored and I feel very accomplished that I got a good workout that day. I am very happy with my personal trainer.Oct 8, 2015
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a full schedule of continuing education slated for this fall/winter. I will be beginning a nutritionist certification course with John Berardi, Ph.D in September, a Sports Performance Coaching Clinic with USA Weightlifting in October and one with USA Track and Field in November.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I engage in a lot of pre and post-hab work. I don't just write programs. Many clients come to me looking to get in shape but soon realize that they need help in more than just an exercise regimen. I engage with most on a complete holistic health transformation.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Do your homework. Decide what you are truly looking to do before hand. If your into quick fixes that fail in the long run there certainly are many to choose from.
