Ken is amazing. He knows what he is doing. You can tell by the way he talks, the way he presents and backs up information, and the way you feel after a workout. Working with him, you just know you are going to get the progress you have been hoping and want to work your butt off for. I will give 110% and Ken meets me there. He pretty much gives 150%! I feel supported both inside the gym and when I go home, I know he has my back if I need anything or have any questions. I've had my share of trainers (unfortunately, I keep finding bad ones), but this time I've found someone who treats me like an individual, and not just a cookie cutter. He makes workouts that work for me, and doesn't let me cheat on my workouts, haha. You don't want that.

Ken is a great personal trainer who makes sure you get the workout and nutrition break down info to help keep you on a straight path! His training is intense and he makes sure to keep you moving through the workout. He is focused on helping you attain your goal!

Ken is hands down the best trainer! His knowledge and expertise has helped me achieve great results. I'm impressed with how thorough he is. Not only is he an expert in training, he incorporated a full wellness approach making sure I am eating well and getting all the correct nutrients too!
