We hired him for a bachelorette party and from the moment I started talking with him, he was extremely responsive, kept our budget in mind (even with how expensive things have been lately!), & offered his professional expertise. Weeks leading up to the event, he kept in contact & adjusted our menu as many times as we needed him to. He made sure to take all dietary restrictions into account & came up with a lovely menu. Day of, he came on time & was exactly what we all needed: a fantastic chef with a great sense of humor & fit right into our group for the evening. He did an amazing job prepping the food (bacon wrapped Brussels sprouts, bruschetta, salmon with mango glaze, glazed carrots, rice, & cheesecake for dessert with strawberry fireball glaze).
