Lula-Ru Weddings made our reception a dream come true, it was truly exactly how we pictured and wanted it, it was beyond beautiful. Shellee (our event coordinator) was very personal and made sure she knew exactly what we wanted for our wedding day, she is beyond talented. She had our decor personalized to what we wanted down to the last detail. From our white and black theme with flowers everywhere and white vases, to a blue mason jar with pink flowers put on the altar, to a simple elegance with lace linens and candlelight. Our day went seamlessly with the help of Lula-Ru Weddings.
Working with Maddie was fantastic. She really went the extra mile for me and my fiance. She was detail oriented and thorough, making sure that everything was ready for the big day. She was with me every step of the way, from venue picking, to dress shopping, right down to having hankies handy so my mascara didn't run during the ceremony. Maddie thought of everything and made my wedding day fun, stress-free, and the most memorable, wonderful day of my life. For the value I received from her services, she is worth at least double what I paid. I would absolutely hire her again for any event!
Ania did a fantastic job decorating the venue and handling logistics for my husband's birthday party. She had to juggle some challenges that were not if her making, and she did so with ease.
Ann & Barrie were AMAZING!!!! Exactly what I was looking for! I hired them for 2 hours to got through my 3800 sq foot house and give paint ideas, decor and what to keep, what to update! We were in the midst of a remodel and needed some design help and direction. Absolutely fantastic, professional advice!! They worked within my budget and gave great inexpensive ideas!! Would use them in a heartbeat again. If you are to remodel and update things on your own, don't make a costly mistake- hire these designers! They give you great timeless, not trendy ideas- and know how to work with existing finishes and woods as well. Yes, they gave great ideas on how to work with my Golden oak in the house! I feel so much more at peace with the direction of the rest of the remodel! Very happy!
Aruna did a wonderful job organizing our baby's first birthday party. Her flexibility, accommodating nature and creativity led to a successful event. Our guests were amazed at the quality of work delivered by Aruna. She is easy to work with and a very warm person too.

We hired Erin to be our wedding coordinator for the weekend of our daughters wedding. (August 29 & 30, 2014) My daughter and I met with Erin a few weeks before the wedding to talk about logistics and to discuss the timeline of the Friday and Saturday of the wedding. We found her to be very helpful in focusing on the details and putting a timeline together that worked for us. She is excellent about remembering details and quietly running the event. She made sure that transportation of guests, floral arrangements, changes in table settings and a multitude of other things were taken care of so we could concentrate on the wedding itself. She was extremely helpful at the end of the evening, making sure that gifts were secure and that all guests were headed home safely, while staying to clean up anything left behind. She is very easy to work with and very knowledgeable about how to organize for the best possible outcome for the day. She is calm and practiced at handling last minute problems. I highly recommend her services!
