Kathy Scherek says, "I ordered a new stove and was pulling the old one out to clean behind before the delivery men came in the morning. I immediately smelled gas and saw that the line to the stove was kinked BEFORE the shut off valve. I called 5 or 6 places at 10pm that said they were open 24 hours and did emergency visits, nobody could come until the next morning. We found our main shut off for the gas line but wasnt sure if the stove was a separate line since the ceilings are sealed. Pratt Plumbing was the only place that called me back with an available technician. Davis was here a little after midnight and had the gas pipe mounted correctly to the wall and a new shut off valve installed within an hour. Costly? A little, but you expect that at midnight. Worth it? Absolutely. So happy with this company. You are a good man Davis Pratt! Glad you were here to help us!"See more
