I had the pleasure of working with Ania Williams as my event planner for a wellness brunch in Minnesota, and I couldn’t have asked for a better partner. Being in another state, I wasn’t always available to respond quickly to her questions, sometimes taking days, yet she handled everything efficiently and professionally. Ania’s ability to work independently was incredible. She provided excellent suggestions for every detail, from the decor to the flow of the event, and truly helped make my vision a reality. She decorated the space beautifully, and added thoughtful extras that elevated the event far beyond my expectations. Ania arrived early, had everything set up, and ensured everything started smoothly and on time. She even met with me as soon as I arrived, reassuring me that everything was under control. Ania is a true blessing for anyone planning a corporate event, especially if you are coordinating from out of town. Her attention to detail and proactive approach made all the difference.

I had originally requested for a kid's party planner, someone to take care of food, decorations, entertainment, the whole gamut. I went with Rida even though it became quickly evident after our first meeting she was a party decorator. She provided some wonderful ideas on dessert caterers etc. The back drop she pulled together for our party was very beautiful. I loved her custom invitations also but the thank you cards I wasn’t overly impressed with. I am giving her 3 stars mostly because of the green masking tape and yellow thread she used to put up our pink and gold party décor making everything look very tacky and not classy at all. Also, she over looked a candy buffet setup, despite a clearly spelled out task list showing she would handle that. I would have appreciated a notice earlier just like she let me know when she decided to not handle the food. Rida, is good to work with as an event decorator, a little lacking on professionalism but that will come with experience as I can tell she’s still new at this, just be triple clear on expectations if you want more and all will be well.
