Holly was my Wedding Planner, Day of Coordinator, and Florist all in one and did better than any team coordinators and florists ever could! Holly took my dream wedding and made it reality-while keeping my budget in mind. When disaster struck on the day of and the venue was not set up on time, Holly went straight to work and properly delegated the employees of the venue and made sure that everything was as it should be (as well as personally fixing each and every chair cover)!!! I am writing to let everyone know how pleased we were with Kelly Houlehan as a wedding coordinator for our daughter’s wedding, June 24, 2017. The ceremony was held at the MN Arboretum and we some scheduling challenges that Kelly navigated easily. When I arrived at the Arboretum at 11:00 am the day of the wedding, I had no idea Kelly and I would not get into the reception venue to prepare the tables until much later in the day when I was scheduled for photos. Kelly used her time efficiently to listen to my detailed plan, sort the décor to facilitate the transfer of flowers, candles, lights, pictures, and butterflies to their respective locations. She set up everything without my help. The reception room was absolutely stunning and the ceremony lovely. I could never have successfully done the décor had it not been for Kelly’s hard work, efficient planning and professionalism. Kelly was also on hand to reminded us of our photo timelines and got us to the ceremony location on time. She served as a point person for any questions that came up during the reception like helping the DJ to upload the slide show, coordinating the event with the Arboretum staff and keeping my relatives' meals warm while they stepped out for a minute. Kelly was there to respond to every question or problem that arose. She also help organize clean up and packed the décor at the end of the evening. WOW!! Kelly was easy to work with and made it possible for me to enjoy my daughter’s wedding, eat a wonderful meal and celebrate the evening with dancing. I cannot speak more highly of Kelly’s ability to listen carefully, actualize that plan, herd our families around to pictures, ceremony and reception, and clean up. She is an exceptional contractor for the Wedding Collective. I would highly recommend Kelly’s services to everyone who is planning a wedding. Thank you Kelly.
Jaime did an amazing job of helping me plan my destination wedding. I tried to do it on my own, but after 4 days of searching for the right venue, I was feeling overwhelmed. I hired Jaime as my wedding coordinator and she was able to provide several options within hours of my initial contact with her. She respected my budget and only offered services in my financial range. She was available every time I contacted her with a question, concern, or idea. She created a Pinterest board exclusively for my wedding, which allowed me to see ideas that fit with my desires. I'm a Type B personality and just don't enjoy the overwhelming amount of work that goes into planning a wedding. Jaime took on the challenges of my destination wedding with zeal. She doesn't treat event planning like a job; she takes the time to make people feel like their event is the most important thing she's ever done. I highly recommend Jaime for any event planning. I will definitely hire her again!
Ask for the moon event planning did my best friends wedding and they did a wonderful job! I offered to help out for the day to make sure that everything went right on my friend's wedding day, but this event planner took care of absolutely everything! They were so organized and I felt like I could relax and enjoy myself. It turned out to be an incredibly gorgeous wedding and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves! I plan on choosing the same event planner for my wedding next year! :)
We chose Bouquets N' Such to do our floral arrangements for our wedding. I worked with Ms. Trudy! Anyone planning a wedding knows how stressful things can be. Ms. Trudy made this the least stressful part of my planning. She knows her stuff and gave me plenty of options to work from. She listened to exactly what I wanted, she worked with our budget and she kept in constant communication with me, any questions I had, she promptly responded, she even anticipated questions I would have and provided that information up front! I wish they had 10 stars because this company deserves it. I received so many compliments on all of the floral arrangements at our wedding. She provided service that was "To good to be true," but it was TRUE!! I cannot say enough about them. They were genuinely happy for our wedding and made my experience so worth it! I would recommend them to anyone for any occasion.

I booked them as my day-of coordinators for my wedding reception, and from the beginning they were prompt and clear communicators - over email, by phone, and in our in-person site visit. They really know weddings and events inside out and were always thinking two steps ahead. I have seen many events catered by Penny and her team, and am always impressed by how seamlessly and flawlessly they take place. Penny always comes more than prepared to make the event perfect, has a lot of creativity, great menu options, and very affordable prices. We've had her to banquets, buffets, anniversary parties, client events, birthday parties, barbecues, garden parties, and more. Hopefully one of these days we'll get to see her work her magic on a wedding, too!
