Joel is a great trainer. I've been training with him for just over a year. Grant is a great trainer! This is my first time with a trainer and I was a bit afraid of the whole process. It helped that we started by co-planning the process in advance - with 2 week, 1 month and 1 year goals - not necessarily weight-related, but for the achievement of your best body in mind. He triages what your body really needs and takes your thoughts into account when making the plan. Grant pushes you past what you think you can do, always with these goals in mind. I can already tell that my posture is better after just 3 workouts and look forward to being more healthy and having much better stamina for the fun things in life!
