I recently had a home inspection on a house that we are looking at buying by Reveal Home Inspections. I had called two inspectors that my realtor recommended and then tried to find some others not associated with my realtor. Reveal bills themselves as one of a few home inspectors in Ohio which are truly independent from any realtor, which I valued. On such an investment it is important to have the truth about the house and potential problems down the road. I interacted with Justin and he was very prompt to schedule an appointment and answer my questions about his business and work before the inspection. On the day of the inspection he was on time (already there when I arrived) and had no problems with me accompanying him on the inspection and asking questions. He also helpfully pointed out all the shutoffs in the house and gave tips on maintenance for the furnace, hot water heater and other major household items. During the inspection he found several issues in the house, and with that knowledge will give us peace of mind when going through with the purchase. Overall I found Justin very thorough and professional and would highly recommend Reveal Home Inspections for your house inspection needs, especially if you want a truly independent inspection.

Our inspection went great. Justin was wonderful to deal with. He showed up early, was super friendly and really helped explain things while he was conducting the inspection. He checked everything in every room, answered our random questions along the way and overall just made us feel very comfortable about the whole process. Ward was great, he was able to come out next day on a Sunday in less than 24 hours after speaking with him. On time, and definitely knew what to look for. He even got on the roof, and gave a free termite inspection. Which most people don't do. His report was well laid out, with picture and video. Broken down in the report were different categories showing what could be done yourself, hired out or just to keep an eye on. I would recommend Ward to anyone buying a home.
